SmartParking PCN, don't actually mention the offence?

Hello all,
I've read the newbie thread and am looking to contest a recent PCN from Smart Parking, the issue is that I don't recall what the rules for the car park are, I thought they would tell me in the letter but it says:
And from the UKPGA document listed in the newbie thread:
my interpretation is that they haven't told me the circumstances as they have said I've either done A or B, without stating which.

"By either not purchasing the appropriate parking time or remaining at the car park for longer than permitted, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in signage the parking charge is now payable to Smart Parking ltd."
And from the UKPGA document listed in the newbie thread:
9(1)A notice which is to be relied on as a notice to keeper for the purposes of paragraph 6(1)(b) is given in accordance with this paragraph if the following requirements are met.
(2)The notice must—
(c)describe the parking charges due from the driver as at the end of that period, the circumstances in which the requirement to pay them arose (including the means by which the requirement was brought to the attention of drivers) and the other facts that made them payable;

You are making the mistake of assuming these guys play fairly - they don't!
Post 1 of the Newbies thread makes it quite clear that the actual "offence" is largely meaningless when it comes to challenging a ticket.
So go back and look at the established winning challenge points and base your appeal on them.0
