Samsung refund question

  • I thought Currys took anything back! Was in there the other week and a guy was returning a large TV, box was opened and the thing had clearly been out....and they didn't check it. I commented to OH about the TV and the guy said he was bringing it back because his wife said it was too small. I'm glad he was allowed to change it however I wouldn't be happy if I was in receipt of a TV that had obviously been out of the box.

For the sake of a new shelf and water filter personally I would rather that be done than have the inconvenience of removal/redelivery.

I'm guessing from the presence of the water filter that it is one of those enormous "American" things.

Samsung don't seem to have a poor reputation.
