Terms and Conditions for L’Oréal Paris – Color Riche Prize Draw

[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L’Oréal employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entry to draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries must be made on the official form.
4. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. L’Oréal takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entry forms remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
5. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
6. Entries must be received on or before 03.09.2007. The price draw will take place on 17.09.2007. L’Oréal reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
7. The first 50 completed entries drawn at random will receive a L’Oréal Paris ‘Made For Me’ make-up collection consisting of: 1 Color Appeal mono eyeshadow (winners can choose from Metal Plum, Pure Gold and Metallic Beige) 1 Made For Me Naturals lipstick (winners can choose from 232 Cashmere, 238 Amber, 231 Silk, 236 Organza and 233 Taffeta) 1 True Match Minerals 10g foundation (winners can choose from W1 Golden Ivory, W4 Golden Beige and N6 Honey Glow) 1 Contour Parfait lip liner (winners can choose from Organza 667, Honey 656 and Rose Vintage 668) and 1 Telescopic Clean Definition mascara in black.
8. The winners will be notified in writing within 14 days of the draw date and will be asked to confirm their shade selection.
9. The prizes are stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. If the prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
12. The names of the winners will be available by sending a S.A.E. to L’Oréal Paris Color Riche make-up collection, PO Box 7260, Hook, RG27 8ZS within 6 weeks of the draw date.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
14. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.
15. Winners agree to participate in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
16. English Law applies and the English courts will have jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
