If you are looking for cheaper gas and electric please don't waste your time with Moneysupermarket.com. I approached them - they told me they were switching me and then did nothing for several weeks until I sent them repeatedly emails to ask what was going on - they still did nowt. Should read Moneydeadlosssupermarket.com.

What happened??

The reason I ask is because I have successfully switched via them and got my £30 cashback for it. So have my family and friends that I recommended.

I was going to reply then but I think jolliffe is a drive by poster as he hasn't replied to Moneymiser.

anyway I changed to powergen and mine went through fine - when I used to work for Grittish Bas we got apps from third party suppliers and some did get rejected due to usage to low or high, debt risk (possible being how you are on a money saving site) and many other things. We never got back to the 3rd parties as the automated system just deleted it. But that was a few years ago.
