MS Office 2010 Standard

I just got a new laptop and would like to transfer my copy of MS Office 2010 Standard from my old laptop to this one. I got a product key but no disk. I've tried to download from the Microsoft website but it doesn't allow me to do it as it says my product is not upgradeable (or something similar).
Does anyone know how I can get a download of office 2010 or how to transfer from one laptop to the other?

Has your new Laptop got a trial of office 365 or 2013 on it ? If so remove that first

I get:


"The Product Key entered was not recognized as a valid Product Key. Please check the characters entered and try again. If the card with your 25 character Office 2013 product key references a PC manufacturer, please use www.office.com/getoffice to download your new Office product."


There's no reason for the product key not to work... I used it in a couple of laptops before with no problems.


I have also removed trial of 365
