Where to go spain/menorca wise ?

Hi all
my brother and his wife have a week off available to them but a small budget , where is ideal for a couple in the costas , menorca etc ? with good weather , start of september ?
like us , they have only ever been to the cyprus/egypt/greek islands are and so , along with me , have NO IDEA wheres nice or not in the area ??

depends what their definition of 'nice' is. if budget is an issue i suggest you use www.skyscanner.net to find whuch airports they can get to at agood price.
the most greek like areas would be northen costa brava (girona) and northern/eastern ibiza but as ever you can usally find good and bad everywhere.0
