    Is this not so they can reinstate the fee/fee waver condition, when the office of fair trading say they can not offer free banking.

    They don't have to write to everyone if their changes are beneficial for the account holders.

    They will probably eventually do write to everyone, out of courtesy.

    Are you sure about this? I would have thought any change, good or bad, would require the customer being notified?

    They do have to write but not the usual 60 days ahead if it's a positive change such as this.

    I wonder, as they have also cut the credit card benefits
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
