Unfortunately, the Lender has identified something:
They don't like and they don't need to identify to you or the broker in detail (in fact the law may precluded them saying too much).
When this happens usually the applicant knows what angle they are trying to work and the matter does not progress.
You may be one of the unfortunate ones that genuinely does not know what the issue is.
The Broker is in a tricky situation as he/she is tainted by association by such an event. Do not be surprised if they do not wish to continue on your case.I am a Mortgage Broker
