One month and still the instant access account is not fully operable. Endless to and fro of paperwork. Paperwork incomplete so telephone follow up necessary. Telephone enquiries held up with a very long monologue which is entirely unnecessary. Telephone operatives slow. All for 1.6% gross; and that's only variable (only 1.35% gross guaranteed for one year).

Mine was set up and operational in just over 2 weeks -I'm parking some cash in it whilst deferring my State Pension. Only issue I've had so far, was that the password that I set up initially didn't work so I had to reset, but not too painful as I did it online.0
