First Direct ATM exchange rates?

Do First direct publish the rate at which they convert GBP to foreign currencies when using a cash machine abroad?
I will be travelling to Turkey on Tuesday and not sure if i should take Sterling with me and change it up over there (which i was advised to do by family who frequently go to Turkey) or if i should just wait to get my cash over there out the ATM.
I have First Directory so i wont be charged a withdrawal fee, just the 2.75% conversion fee, which is fine by me if the rate is any good, but i cant find what rate i will get.

See your bank's 'rates and charges' booklet...

...and then ring them.

I'm not sure that ringing them would really be advantageous as they can't tell you in advance of performing a transaction what the VISA exchange rate will be when the transaction is actually presented to them. And you probably wouldn't want to be on the phone to FD several times a day while on holiday
.
Given the exemptions from charges that being a First Directory customer brings I'd say the most important thing is to find an ATM that doesn't make a charge for withdrawals, and for purchases to ensure that DCC is not used.0
