Sentenial AI - unsure

Hi, I have had a nose about and can't seem to find any details about this so apologies if this is a duplicate question.
My OH has just received his claim form for Sentenial redress but I can't locate any of the account details or policy documents to which this might relate to. He got into a bit of a mess with credit cards over the years so had a lot, thus it's unclear which provider(s) this might relate to or what his policy(s) covered.
I assume that he did hold these insurance products at some point, could they have been pre-2005 and he still got a letter or if he got the letter does it mean they were deff post-2005? It also means I'm unsure which template letter to use on the claim form.
Any advise appreciated, I assume we're not the only ones in this position.
