Prize

7. The prize consists of:

a. the use of a SEAT Ibiza vehicle for the duration specified by the Promoter (“Vehicle”);
b. a petrol allowance of up to £200;

c. two nights’ accommodation at the Thornsbury Castle;
d. breakfast for two people each morning in the Castle Restaurant;
e. Bristol Street Art Tour for two people, including a professional guide, lasting approximately two hours, subject to availability;
f. entrance for two people into the Architectural Centre, Bristol, subject to opening times;

Oxford
g. two nights’ accommodation at the Malmaison Hotel;
h. breakfast for two people each morning in the hotel restaurant; and
i. entrance for two people into the Pitt Rivers museum.
8. Gifts, prizes and other promotional items are not transferable, may not be re-sold and are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to substitute any such gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal value. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of notification.
9. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the Promoter and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays.
10. Hotels are classed as boutique 4 star and are based on two people sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request. By entering the Promotion you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

The Vehicle shall only be driven by the entrant or their nominated driver, provided always that any driver of the Vehicle:

a. has a full, valid and clean driving licence (the original of which must be presented to the Promoter prior to the start of the trip) which has been held for a minimum of two years;
b. is over the age of 25;
c. notifies the Promoter of any changes to their driving licence; and
d. holds a valid credit card (not debit card) with a minimum of £500 available for a security deposit, which is refundable upon safe return of the Vehicle.
