Hi i am new here and i need advice as i dont know where to ask.
Someone came to view my property and they really liked it and said it would be ideal and they loved it.
I viewed their property and i liked it and i liked it less than they liked mine.
two days later i phoned them and said yes i will swap and send off the forms. They said they will to and will ring me once they get them.
Now i have questions that are on the form i dont know and i need to ask,but i have been trying to phone and text for 4 days regarding the matter but no answer its just the answering machine.i went to my homeswapper account to send a message and they was online the day before.and i think my landlord deactivated my account due to a swap so cant message from there.
Now i am worried they have changed their mind and just messing me about,i dont know what to do.everything including communication with them seems dead.help i am living on my own and do not know who to turn to.please advise

Did you try going back to the property? presumably they still live there and if nothing else, you could leave a note and your mobile number. If nothing within 10 days, I would just assume it's a non-starter unless they are in touch again.0 -
Okay i am with a housing association and they are with their local council.I have not been back to the property, i do not know if i should go back just incase they think i am keeping on at them.0

I think you need to accept that they are no longer interested. Especially as they are not returning your calls.
It happens frequently with LA and HA exchanges0
