If it's a holiday home and you'd rather pay in Sterling we used Schofield's in Bolton for a good few years without any problems.

Surprisingly, they speak good English too!

Saga also do holiday home insurance but we found Schofield's cheaper, less restrictive about time unattended and it has cover for loss of rental and provision of alternative accommodation - if you do let the place out.
