    £300 a week for a 1-bed in Zone 2 sounds about normal to me, although it depends on which area you're talking about. Zone 2 covers quite a variety of areas.

    Bear in mind that there's a large hospital on Fulham Palace Road so there's a high demand for rental properties there from the hospital staff
