With the changes taking place in 2018 etc what are your thoughts about what will happen with the HSBC share prices from 2018?

    I bet this jonesMUFCforever guy won't ever tell you what his crystal ball told him. Bloody typical of bank employees, they can't even tell you what their share price will be in 3 years time. Disgraceful. Shouldn't be allowed.

    It will either be up or down from where it is today. Probably.

    More information please. I've a sizable holding in HSBC and not aware of anything.

    the UK business being separated.
    might it actually become a separate quoted company, or is it envisaged that it will be part of the same global company, just ring-fenced?
    i was outside the new HQ yesterday.. they are starting to trumpet about their new Birmingham base
