Letter from Debit Recovery Plus Ltd

Hi
Just received demand for payment an unpayd parking charge £160 so I exceed permitted stay time at Wickes. The Creditor G24 Ltd.
Didn't received any parking charge from them this is a first contact and straightaway letter from Debit Recovery Company.
Take me and my wife three hours to work out when I parked longer in Wickes that was in April.
My question It's that legal or it is scam? I can send pdf copy to close look there lots of strange things in the letter as numbers instead date.
What shall I do?

Read and digest the NEWBIES sticky thread in this forum. It was right there in front of you when you clicked the New Thread button. Tells you all you need to know about these tickets, and why DR+ are to be ignored.

    complain to WICKES

    IGNORE drp

    its that simple
  • Hi There, I had received two parking tickets from G24 for parking on private property one on the 30th March and other the next day on 31st March, there was no ticket left on my windscreen or anything and the place I used I got the ticket was where I had worked for a couple of weeks. I received both the tickets by post in the 9th of April and straight away I called the G24 and asked why I got these tickets and explained that I was working there however they did not even listen, so I emailed them I order to appeal which was rejected straight back. Then I took the case further by filling the form with IAS however I got no thing back from them what so ever. Now I have received countless letters from G24 and 2 new letters from DRP( debit recovery Plus)
Could you please help me resolve this matter as I'm really disappoint and feel cheated the fact that they issued two tickets in consecutive days and the fees for each ticket was £100.

Below is the message I wrote to the IAS. Could anyone please give me any help on what I should do because all this is as bad as harassment towards me.

It is my understanding that you have fined me twice for parking in private property. A question arises, if it is indeed private, what is the reason behind you issuing me with a fine, this is surely an issue between myself and the landlord. That being said I have recently started working at National Express Cars located at Bullsbridge Industrial Estate, Hayes Road, Southall, UB2 5NB, the place where I was fined. My employer has been allocated a few parking spaces at this location and has kindly given me permission to park there as long as I do not park over the yellow lines and block public access, after all it is a customer car park for the many businesses that operate within that area. Having spoken to my employer and and the nearby businesses I have come to the conclusion that I am not at fault.

Also according to you this parking offence : 480150330025, was committed on the 30th of March 2015, however you have only issued it on the 9th of April 2015 and I received it on the 13th of April 2015. You supplied me with a fine for the parking offence: 480150331015 the very next day on the 31st of March 2015. This was also issued on the 09th of April 2015 and received by me on the 13th of April 2015. You have not had the courtesy to put the sticker on my windscreen and inform me that such a fine was being issued, so how was I supposed to know this the next day. Its entirely your fault for not informing me in the right manner and with this being the case, this should disband the second fine, as I simply did not know.

    Please respond promptly.
