I'm sorry but I'm not clear on exactly what you think the lender might find out if they did another credit check? If you did borrow from your dad there won't be anything on your credit report, and your solicitor would have told you if they were going to tell the lender anything that might affect their decision to lend. If you did remove the savings from your ISA then I suppose that might be visible on your credit report but reducing your savings slightly isn't as bad as taking on more debt/credit, which is what I expect they would be looking for.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0

I know but I have bad anxiety and sols and broker closed over weekend! have deleted now as can now speak to them.0
