Creation Finance PPI complaint

Options
I made a complaint of PPI misspelling to Creation Financial Services and have received a letter offering a refund of premiums and interest "as a gesture of goodwill and without any admission of liability". Based on other successful claims and the amounts of premiums paid/balances/length of time PPI was in place it should have been more.
The letter quotes the Finance and Leasing Association if I am not satisfied but I do not have any more evidence, which there website says I need for them to get involved (I have already supplied a NIC certificate to Creation as proof I was not working when the PPI was sold).

Any advice on what to do next would be appreciated.

They say they are refunding the premiums plus interest. You seem to think they are not. So, what evidence do you have to support your point of view?

What do you think you should have got back?.
Without proof you will need to accept the offer.

A gesture of goodwill doesn't mean they are upholding yuor complaint, it's what it says it is, a gesture of goodwill.

If your complaint had been upheld you would have got a refund, associated interest plus 8% simple interest redress.

If you disagree with them, you can go to the FLA [sure it's not the FOS?] but without any evidence of your own, you're reliant on them holding records.

You could send a SAR and £10 to see what records they have, or you can accept their goodwill gesture
