Monarch baggage allowance infant

Can anyone help please.

I understand from the Monarch website that with the checked baggage i have paid for I can get an allowance of 20kg per person as well as 10kg free for my child (infant).

What i can't work out from their FAQs is if i can combine that in two bags of 15kg?
They state you can combine it but not exceed 32kg in one bag, but ideally i would like to take two bags of 15kg.

Why would you need to combine in two bags of 15? just have one of 10 and one of 20??


I would guess you would be OK but you would need to confirm this if you really must have 2 15s




The 10kg additional baggage allowance can be combined with the adult 20kg allowance in one piece of baggage, subject to hold bag fee. Alternatively, the additional 10kg can be carried in a separate bag which will be exempt from any further charges. Please note that we will not accept a single bag that weighs more than 32kg.

I asked this once and was told you have to take the 10kg in a separate bag.
