All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday October 11, 2015. 6. The winners will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
8. One winning entrant will win a three-night weekend break for two to Rhode Island, USA. The prize package comprises:
• Return economy class flights from London to Providence, Rhode Island;
• Transfers between the airport and the hotel or self-drive car hire on arrival;
• Three nights 4-star hotel based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis;
• Car hire; and
• One meal for two at Chez Pascal (excluding beverages);
9. The prize must be taken as one package. A credit card or cash deposit for incidentals will be required by the hotel at check -in.
10. Either the winner or their guest must be over 21 years of age. Where the winner’s guest is under 18 years of age, the winner must be their guest’s parent or guardian.
11. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the airport, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned.
12. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they and their guests each has: a passport valid for at least six months after arrival in the USA; travel insurance; any necessary vaccinations; and all necessary visas ESTA forms or other required documentation to comply with applicable immigration or other travel regulations.
13. The prize is valid for travel over weekends between January 15 and November 30, 2016 and excludes national and local holidays. Once confirmed, the booking cannot be amended. The winner and their guest must travel together at all times.
14. Car hire is with Holiday Autos. The named driver must be over 21 years of age and hold a full, clean, valid UK or European driving licence, held for a minimum of one year. The named driver must also hold a valid credit card and a refundable security deposit of US$350. Car hire includes insurance and unlimited mileage and must be returned with fuel equivalent to that held in the vehicle’s tank on collection.
15. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
16. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the Promoter and Performance Entertainment.
