Hi everyone,
I am new on the forum and really need some advice on the best way to invest £120k.
We have a mortgage of £152k with an interest rate of 5.99 variable and at present we are thinking it may just be best to pay into this and then overpay to pay off the mortgage completely in around 2 years.
This money is a permanent disability payment so I will no longer have a wage just £500 benefits a month, my husband earns around £35k. We have no other debts.
Many thanks
