Address format differences

I'm trying to get my credit report in order, but I've noticed that there are address formatting differences between the agencies. Call Credit has it correct (ie. the way it's written on the Electoral Register):
Ground Floor Flat No.
House No. Street name...
Equifax on the other hand has it as:
Ground Flat No. House No.
Street name...
I know it's only a difference of one word and a line return, but will this make a difference in a credit application?

I don't think it will make any difference. Every company will store your address in a slightly different format. However, the basic contents of the address must be the same.
I had a somewhat similar issue around 8-9 years ago so this info might be slightly outdated. Basically Royal Mail maintains a list of all addresses in the UK and everyone else seems to get it from them like when you go to a web page and enter the address by searching your postcode etc. If this address is in the correct format then you have nothing else to do because once you supply your address to a company they will store it in whatever format suits them. In case your address format with Royal Mail is not correct then contact them to get it corrected. Once corrected it wills till take a couple of months to appear correctly in new searches online.Marriage is hard. Divorce is hard. Choose your hard.
