Gas man broke my boiler! so no heat for me and my 90 year old mother when she stays

British gas worker came to service my old but working boiler, But blew the electrics by getting water in them during the service 48h ago. Even though i have a pension and disability benifit i.ve been told i don`t get a new boiler under any scheme and been asked to pay 2600+ for a new one.

What did BG say about it? If they've damaged your boiler they need to fix it.

A service doesn't involve the water side, there is no reason to touch anything water related.
There must have been a leak somewhere, possibly diverting water to the pcb after a case was removed.0 -
