The Prize Draw closes at 23:59 on 27 September 2015. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered. 8. The winners will be chosen by way of a random draw from all entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will take place on or after 28 September 2015.
9. A minimum of 12 winners will receive one pair of tickets to an event hosted by Symonds Founder’s Reserve cider for Guardian readers at Bath’s Hare and Hounds pub, Lansdown Road, BA1 5TJ, on 10 October. The event will start at 3pm and finish at 8pm. The prize includes a bespoke meal designed by Michelin-starred chef Josh Eggleton, along with guests speakers from Symonds discussing cider-making. Travel to the event is not included. No accommodation is included. GNM accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize not expressly stated to be included in the prize.

10. The winners will be notified by phone or email on or before 30 September 2015 and given details of how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to GNM within TWO days of being notified by GNM, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and GNM shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the phone call or email from GNM within two days or else they will also forfeit their prize). Winners may be required to provide photo ID at the event to prove they are over the age of 18.
11. Details of the winners can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Symonds Founder’s Reserve Prize Draw care of Guardian Labs, Guardian News & Media Limited, Kings Place, 90 York Way, London N1 9GU.
12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
13. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
14. The winners may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winners shall participate in such activity on the Promoter’s reasonable request. By entering the Prize Draw, you hereby give your consent to the use by the Promoter and its related companies of your photograph to be used in future articles associated with Symonds Founder’s Reserve by GNM and Symonds Founder’s Reserve on websites such as the GNM site at theguardian.com/symonds-founders-reserve, and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice.
15. I consent to the future use by GNM and Symonds Founder’s Reserve of photographs of me taken at the prize event in future joint publicity project
