P4Parking - Appeal letter, please help!!

Hi guys,
I have read the newbies forum but there is so much info there that I would really do with some help!!

On 12th May I found a parking charge notice on my windscreen from P4Parking (UK) Ltd
No action from my side
On 11th August I've received a letter from TNC. I believe this is my NTK as this is the first letter I have received.
I should have sent an appeal within 28 days to P4Parking but I forgot :-(
Today I have received a chaser advising the fee has gone up!
What should I do now?
Also I believe the NTK should have arrived within day 56 but came much later!
Help please !!!
Any sample letter on how to appeal will be appreciated !

Cheers !!

    too late to appeal now

its now 6 years of hassle as they try to chase up the alleged debt, which could (may) culminate it a claim at small claims court (MCOL)

post #4 deals with debt collectors like TNC

post #5 deals with court if it ever goes that far

You can either ignore for six years or appeal anyway simply stating that the NTK did not establish keeper liability, then ignore when they reject it. If it ever came to court you would be able to show that you at least tried to resolve this.
