Quick question ref; finding out old acc no's?...

Hi guys, I apologise if I'm asking a much repeated question.
I was recently encouraged by someone I work with to submit a PPI claim against my bank. Having had some surprising success, I now wish to tackle 2 credit cards I had some time ago.
How do I go about finding out my old account numbers so I can fill the claim forms in?
Thanks in advance.
