Hi.
Watched 'Eat for Less' last night and thought the cake looked interesting. Does anyone have the recipe...noticed he used yogurt instead of eggs.
Have googled but not been successful
Thanks

I'm sure it would as I've used soya yoghurt plenty of times, or dairy free milk if you don't have any yoghurt handy.
I did think it would have been useful to say on the programme 'This beetroot isn't in vinegar'!0 -
Who are you serving it to? Beetroot lovers say you can't taste it in a chocolate cake, but as a rabid beetroot hater I tasted it straight away when someone gave me a slice of "chocolate" cake! Don't be sure it can be surreptitiously given to anyone....0
