BT (OpenReach) replaced master socket - sockets in house not working?

  • I just thought that I'd post an update on this (for anyone that is still interested).

Since I escalated my complaint I have to be fair and say that BT have been excellent with me about this.

This culminated in the same engineer coming back to my house yesterday to take a look at my master socket. My suspicions were proved correct - he'd missed a wire when he'd reconnected on the previous visit.

All sockets are now in full working again around my house!! :D

    Persistence pays ....
