2010 Ford Focus voice commands
Options
Hello,
Weren't sure whether to post this here on in the tech forum but I think it's more motoring related so here goes.
I have a 2010 Ford Focus with a USB port which holds a memory stick with lots of my music on.
Initially I was getting a bit frustrated in selecting albums as I couldn't figure out a way to access shall we say the fifth album on the stick without playing the other 4 first. However I found an item on a forum which suggested labelling each album as "Ford1, Ford2" etc.
When I press the voice control button and say "external device" the computer reads it back. I then say "USB" and the computer reads it back. I then say "folder" to which I receive "folder number please". I will then say one to eleven and away we go so all good.
That is until I want to go above eleven. If I say "twelve" the computer says "folder 2", if I say "thirteen" the computer says "folder 3" and so on. It cannot seem to get a grip on anything above eleven.
Not sure if anybody has any ideas on this. Have googled it but can't really figure out the best thing to type in. Any help would be hugely appreciated.
Many thanks.

Cant help but do understand the frustration with voice command. We had a grand Cmax with it and it very rarely got the correct person when asking it to ring someone.Think it depends on the tone of voice as well so accent can confuse it.0
