No electricity in flat

Hi, I had a call from my tennant last night to advise he had no electricity in the flat. There is a red light on the meter. He called EON who advised they hadn't cut him off, all other flats have power and the fuse switches were all on. I called the management company last night who sent someone out this morning, they advised my tennant that there power was coming from meter and isolator but, having spoken to the management company this morning, they are saying they only own the landlords meter and it is my responsibility beyond that. Does anyone know if this is the case? I was of the impression the management company were responsible for everything running into the flat and anything within the flat was my responsibility. I'm happy to get an electrician but wanted to be clear who should be getting this sorted.

Any advise will be appreciated. Cheers

Leaseholder is (usually - check the lease) responsible for everything from the flat's meter, usually co-located with the flats's mains power switch (at the Consumer Unit/fuse box).

Since this is not a power outage, nor a problem within the building, sens an electrician riund to look asap.

Check you lease but this would be the first time I have heard of a management company being responsible for power passed you meter!
    Get an electrician!
