Have you actually (legally) got possession of the property back yet?

Fair enough. I don't see why the OP is hounding the council for information and trying to get them to give out sensitive details when he/she [STRIKE]could [/STRIKE] should have gone to court and got a possession order ages ago.
July this nonsense started (when the tenant stopped paying rent), there could have been new paying tenants in the property by now.0 -
