Why are they so difficult to get hold of?? No number on their letters or email address!
Anyway I'm about to send them a letter because they have confused me, I have got married since having the Egg card so they requested I send them a certified copy of my wedding certificate. I did this, certified by a qualified accountant but got a letter back saying they couldn't accept it as it did not meet their guidelines. I only assume this is because accountant wasn't in their list of certified people but this has always been ok with other companies so I assumed it would be with this too. Then I got the copy back with a letter addressed to my married name returning the copy saying thanks and we have taken a copy for our records!
I now don't know if they have accepted it and it's been 8 weeks since I sent my original complaint, what do you think I should do??

I've had a letter from them today, turns out they haven't accepted my copy and the need me to send a new one. Apparently someone working in a post office is better placed to approve the copy than a qualified accountant!
They sent a letter upholding my complaint on one sale but not the other the only thing that's confusing me is that I only had one card with them and there is only one card number referenced in the letter! Very odd0
