    Well, I got up at 5.30am to pay off my loan.....


    And the money hasn't arrived! :rotfl:

    I can see it sitting there in my sharedealing account, in fact I waved to it :o but I have no idea how to get it out. They don't open until 7.30am so I'm going to have to wait till then to find out whether or not I can get my money out today or not.

    There will be a transfer out button somewhere - I think if the money is displayed, it's cleared but of course BACS takes 4 days to clear after that.

    I looked everywhere and pressed everything....I think! It's going to another account at the same bank, so I'm hoping it will transfer over straight away, if only I could work out how to do it! :rotfl:

    The embarrassing thing is that this is the bank I work for, and alledgedly, the system I am familiar with! :o

    I'm sure I didn't have this much trouble last year... :doh:

    Have you looked where you transfer money in?

    Sometimes you just have to swap source and destination around to get money out.
