I thought you coped really well when K wasn't sleeping. I can't cope with broken nights either. Late nights are okay, but waking up once you are asleep is horrible.

We quite often have to do it due to Ryan's little 'accidents', and for the first few minutes I can't walk straight.....I do that 'walking along bouncing against the wall' thing that you do when you are REALLY drunk!
lol I do that too!! :rotfl:

    Morning :hello:

Oh, it's afternoon already - how did that happen?!

Today I am mostly playing free bingo and singing on my new Singstar game that Stu bought me yesterday.....I ROCK!!! :rotfl:

Not having much luck with the bingo though - no wins in the last 2 days....boooo!

I asked for a settlement figure on my loan yesterday, and its £4202, so it will be just below the £4k mark by the time I can pay it off. I'm wondering whether to pay it off or not though, because the interest rate is fixed at 6.1% for the life of the loan, which is almost as low as my mortgage rate. The alternative is to pay the money off my mortgage instead (or more likely, use it for moving costs when we buy our next house), but it would feel nice to be debt free. Ooooh, decisions.

I've been a bit naughty because I booked our hotel for the weekend on my credit card, and paid for a couple of other things too, so I've got a balance of £60 on there. Fingers crossed I have more luck with the bingo this afternoon.

Money is REALLY tight now, I've got the exact amount needed to cover my outgoings next month and not a penny more, so I HAVE to stick to my budget.

Need to go and check on the shopping account and see what sort of state that is in, and then will do a shopping list for this evening, as the fridge and cupboards are looking rather empty!

Hi Snaggles, just popped over to have a peak to see how you are doing. Have you worked out a menu plan to use up the non existant food stocks yet? I still havent done my stock cupboard count that I was going to do. I open the cupboard door and shut it again. It looks pretty full, but its all the spices and herbs and the like that practically fill one complete shelf and flour and pasta on the other. Spicy pasta anyone?
When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.
  • Snags.. dod you get any pics from sat on your phone? Can't remember if I saw you with it or not.. lol
Hope today has been a good one with lots of lucky lemons!

    Evening :)

Well, we've been bad yet again and sneaked off to Asda to do some shopping. We have tried to keep it to a bare minimum though, and just bought things like fresh fruit and veg, bread, milk etc.

Spicy pasta is EXACTLY what we are having this evening though! :rotfl:

IA, I think I only took one photo on my phone because the memory card was full. I seem to remember it was a pic of you and Bunny singing, but I could be wrong. I'll upload it later on and see how blurry it is.

I think we must have been too busy singing and gossiping to take many pictures. :D

Oh I take it back about rocking at Singstar. So far I have been beaten by:

    a) Stu doing a silly Meatloaf impression
    b) Ryan singing a song he had never even heard before
    c) Natasha crying into the microphone

    :o:o

  • hi snaggs, just wanted to thank you and Mooloo for pointing out the simplifying life thread. I am in the middle of reading it now and my word i am now so motivated. Having not brought any possesions (except crafting stuff) for over a month i now realise how simple my life could be if i get rid of this 'stuff' that is cuttering my life. Thanks sooo much :A
  • Oh Snags,
You did make me giggle...sounds like even I could beat you now! lol

:rotfl: Pap, look what you've called me! :D :rotfl:

Hope that wasn't a freudian slip!

I hate clutter too. Stu is a hoarder but I'm a chucker - think I'm slowly getting him to come round to my way of thinking though.
