Morning, feeling a bit crappy today as things with Stu are not good. Thanks everyone for making me laugh so much last night, I think I would have cracked up otherwise.
The estate agent is coming today to value the house, not sure if there's much point but it will be good to at least know roughly how much it's worth. It's fairly tidy, not as much as I would have liked it to be but I'm sure a bit of untidyness wont affect the value too much.
