Hi, I am looking for insurance for my dog pdsa are very reasonably priced and my old dog was with pdsa for a while when i was unemployed so i like the idea of helping them buy having my insurance through them now i am in a better position-but what is there insurance like? will i struggle to get payments will it take ages etc etc?

No experience but https://www.pet-insurance-surveys.co.uk my be worth checking out in terms of what the policy offers. The rating is based on the benefits they offer, not personal experience. I'd personally go for either the £5000 or £8000 level of cover, and make sure it's lifetime - 12 month policies will restrict you a lot for on-going conditions, and anything under £5000 can easily be eaten up with vet bills nowadays.

May be better checking a review site for opinions, but do remember that people are more likely to seek out these sites to report bad experiences, than to register and express their happiness or neutral feelings about a company!

The bit extra for the better insurance means you do not have to sit in a room full of jobless layabouts with pitbulls on a length of string wanting to eat your dog.I do Contracts, all day every day.0
