I ordered a personal card last Friday, 4th of Sept from the above firm for a very special diamond Anniversary for a close relative.
When it had not arrived by Tuesday, I sent an e mail asking for an immediate replacement to be sent, this e mail was ignored.
Here we are six days later and still no card, their 'contact us' link is not working so I rang to complain.
Needless to say they blame the Post Office for non-delivery, strange, I have not had any problems with Moon Pig in the past, The only reason I changed from Moon Pig was that I did not like any of their designs,
Getting Personal are a disgrace in my opinion, and I would suggest anyone think very carefully before using them

I've used the Getting Personal (.co .uk not .com) site several times, both for cards and for a personalised football newspaper book for my dad's birthday in July.
When I ordered the football book I was panicking as it still hadn't arrived two days before his birthday, so I emailed them about it and it turned out it was at our local Royal Mail collection office (no card had been put through the door) so I got it on time as I was able to go there the next morning to collect it.
I think I'd still use them again, but leave plenty of time before the occasion I wanted the card/gift for!0
