Hi when I try to activate my new online account it says I am already registered, (I was a previous customer).


Do I need to activate my new online account or will my old one be re-activated?
over 73 but not over the hill.

    Sorry you're having difficulties registering with our website. Have you entered the account number/post code and received the activation email?

    As a previous customer, are you using the same username and password as before? If you are, this will give the message you're seeing. Suggest choosing a new username.

    Also, is the new account number the same as the old one?

    Suggest choosing a new username.

    That's what it was, I never noticed my browser was filling in my old user name.

    An excuse to buy a bigger monitor.
