Total Parking Solutions parking charge

Hello everyone,
I received a parking charge from TPS today, in a work car park. I stayed some 10-15 mins over the 3 hrs specified clearly. I have been given a £90 fine, reduced to £50 if paid within 14 days.
I just wanted some advice. Should I pay, appeal or ignore? Consensus seems to be that I can expect a lot of threatening letters but, very probably, they won't take me to court over such a trifling sum.
Any advice very welcome!

Instead of taking a consensus of old/out of date threads (for England and Wales), how about reading the Newbies Sticky which gives you the current situation and options for dealing with it.0

Fair point. I did have a cursory read - I find I am not very good at taking in complex info, esp relating to money, and was hoping for something succinct from someone on here.
Either an 'ignore it, here's why' or a 'pay it, here's why.
But I'll have another read of the Sticky. Thanks!0 -
Neither, fight it, here's why
You will not have to pay
It will cost them money
It will make you feel goodYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
