It's always worth while complaining to the ombudsman.The,ve helped me a lot.You can do this via e mail or phone the chances are they will ring you back.The service is free and you've nothing to loose....
If you've not already given the supplier the required 8 weeks to resolve a complaint (or are able to furnish the ombudsman with a deadlock letter issued by the supplier), you've nothing to gain either.
In fact, not following the suppliers complaint procedure, which includes your right to go to the ombudsman at the appropriate time, can actually delay resolution of a complaint.0
