Missing Reference no. on appeal - Excel

An appeal was sent on time by email (template amemded from newbies guide) - the Park & display number was used instead of the long reference number -my mistake. A letter (with their incorrect reference to a PREVIOUS ticket which was successfully appealed time ago!!) was sent back stating "they are unable to make a decision regarding the appeal" a date is then given to send the correct reference number by.

NTK then received a few days later, so is the best next step to just send the correct reference number with ref: to the original appeal or to send an appeal again?

Appeal was sent/received on 20th day of incident. In the reply letter they have stated they will place the correspondence on hold for an additional 14 days, so we've got a few more days for this.

    NTK dated 27/8

    hope that helps

We still need the timeline. You haven't given us the date of the original incident so we don't know if the NTK is inside or outside POFA 2012 requirements.

I would advise appealing the NTK now using the appeal template. The experts here may have a better idea though.
Posting a redacted NTD and NTK would help as well. Upload to a web hosting site such as tinypic or photobucket then post the URL here but change http to hxxp.

Why appeal to Excel? They are with the dark side, there is no appeal worth trying. Same as on the UKCPS thread. Ignore them, no need to even appeal IPC firms, it's pointless. The Newbies thread does say that, I think.

Appeal BPA ones only. Ignore others unless they issue a pre-court letter, then respond robustly as stated in the 'LBCCC Fightback' thread.
