Too late to reclaim bank changes

Hi
Have i missed the boat for reclaiming bank charges and PPI?
I buried my head in the sand for too long when my son was born 10 years ago, he is disabled and we concentrated on him rather than our bank charges and claiming back.
I have received old bank statements and charges probably add up to around 3k over a few years - mainly when i wasnt working due to his disability.

We are now in a much better place and have a good wage coming in and not in hardship.

Am i too late to ask for a refund on bank charges and also PPI with Paragon loans ( which we thankfully got ourselves out of after 4 years or so )
We have since moved house and i think shredded all that paperwork and memories of an awful time - so cant back track with a papertrail for Paragon.

Thanks

Bank charges reclaims ended after the banks wont the court case many years ago. However, they will still consider CURRENT financial hardship cases and first time errors.

Most PPI is not timebarred but a small amount is.

So, nothing you can do about the bank charges now then.
