Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the best place to pose my question, please advise if there is a better forum on here.

I am looking to purchase a Samsung HW-J650 soundbar/sub. They have them in Curry's but I have found them online with a company called Hifi confidential for £100 less. They seem to have good reviews (9.3/10 and 26 reviews) through a site called trustpilot.com

My questions are, does anyone have any experience of dealing with Hifi confidential, if so would you recommend? And secondly if not, does anyone know if I can trust the reviews on trustpilot based on your own experience?

Trustpilot is a joke, ignore that.

Things to look for in any e-commerce site:
Do they have a legitimate UK presence? Working phone number (try calling it to ensure it isn't just an answerphone service), physical address (not just a PO box).
Does it have a returns policy and comply with UK law?
How long have they been around for? When was the site registered?


That site seems fine. It's a legitimate London-based bricks and mortar store that has been around for years. No fly-by-night operation or dodgy foreign corporation.

No problems with HiFi Confidential. I bought some speakers from them a few years ago, so they've been around for quite a while.
