Bedding sizes??

I've been shopping online for new bed linen but a lot of websites list the sizes in centimetres, rather than the standard single/double/king.
Would I be right in thinking that a double duvet cover is 200x200cm's, and a double sheet is 200x160cm's?
And is a Pillow case 50x70?

This is what M&S says for duvet covers:

Dimensions

Single (3ft)- W137 x L198cm
Double(4ft 6in)- W198 x L198cm
King size (5ft)- W228 x L218cm
Super king size (6ft)- W220 x L260cm


And the sheet depends on whether it is fitted or not.

If you have a double bed, I would get a king size duvet.

i don't use double plain sheet. fitted sheet is easier...
