Bad flight! How to complain?

Hi,

It sounds like you didn't join Asia Miles via Cathay Pacific's Marco Polo Club. If you didn't it's still worth citing your Asia Miles frequent flyer status and level on all correspondence, it makes it hopefully stand out as a potential future frequent flyer with Cathay Pacific & it's partners.

Could also be worth putting your Airlines frequent flyer customer services 'on copy' when you correspond with Cathay Pacific, so that Cathay Pacific know that their partner airline has been informed.

I'm grand now but very disappointed that I didn't see Hong Kong! I'm hoping, but not holding my breath,that they might send me a return ticket to H.K.

Hey no harm in complaining. As it is CX do have a reputation as being a decent airline carrier. In any case, I think you SHOULD complain, as the service was below what they are known to offer. Also as CX are a One World member, you may be able to arrange miles going into your BA account (if you are a BA Exec Club member that is).
