The entrant who answers the question correctly and, in the opinion of the judges, completes the tie-breaker in the wittiest way will win the scooter.

The winners will be notified as soon as possible.

Note that the scooter prize does not include tax and insurance, and the winner will arrange for collection of the machine from their nearest Kymco dealer.

BUT to be legal it must be less than 50cc. The KYMCO site states 49cc. I stated in my answer "50cc BUT actually 49cc", I bet I won't win though! I think it was journalistic licence in the article

Forgive my ignorance I'm not really up on scooters, motorbikes or cars but in the article it says "Powered by a 50cc four-stroke engine" so wouldn't the answer be 50cc?

(As I said I don't really understand engine cc stuff just read the article)
