Mse failing to communicate

In September last year, I signed up to an offer through MSE for Sky broadband and phone, which offered £100 M&S vouchers from Sky and £92 of M&S vouchers from 'Affiliate Window'. Due to a delay in getting a new phone line installed, the broadband service was not activated until April 2015. Sky promptly sent the £100 M&S voucher, but so far I have heard nothing regarding the £92 e-voucher from the MSE affiliate. I emailed MSE to request clarification about the voucher on 8 May, 15 May, 21 May, 9 June and 23 July, but so far I have received no reply other than two automated responses.
Before taking this matter further, I'd be grateful to hear from anyone else who has experienced this kind of problem with MSE.

    An email from 'Voucher Window' which I received on 10 September 2014 confirmed that my "voucher code has been accepted" and requested that any questions on the promotion should be addressed to skyvoucher@affiliatewindow.com. This was the address to which I originally wrote on 8 May 2015 asking for clarification regarding the £92 M&S voucher. I received a reply advising that my request had been received by the support staff and they aimed to respond within three working days. I heard nothing back and referred the matter to MSE on 21 May 2015 via their voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com address. Can anyone at MSE give me some advise please?
  • Just received (today) the following email from Affiliate Window in reply to my message to them on 8 May 2015!!!. FOUR MONTHS to respond!!!

    "Thank you for sending over your account details and please accept our apologies for the delay you have faced in receiving your voucher.
    I have sent over these details to Sky to ensure the Account Number matches up with our registration information. As soon as I have an update on the status of your voucher I will let you know. We appreciate your patience during this process and are looking to improve the speed in which we are able to fulfill un-tracked orders in future promotions.

    The Sky Team"
