I changed last week onto a different type of chemo and this one doesn't make me feel sick, thank goodness but I have to have it every week for nine weeks. I'm over half way now and that has flown by. This extra bit of nice weather helps a lot. I'll be back to work before I know it, hopefully . Glad your friend has nearly finished hers x

Di, I'm glad the chemo is going well and you feel less sick on this one. I'm trying to get up to Manchester for next Friday so I can be with my friend whilst she has hers, as she is always on her own and it takes hours and is really hard going. However, I'm waiting for a pre-op appointment for my surgery on 21st, and it suddenly occurred to me yesterday I better not book tickets until I know when this is.
