I'm not bothering with TCB.....well not tonight anyways. I got drawn into conversation with DS2 who's wheels have obviously been working overtime.

I think I touched on the fact on here before that it was best not to tell him what was going on with me. Well, with recent developments that changed. We decided that we would have to at least tell him something to satisfy the obvious questions from him over coming weeks because as my Grandma would have said........he's not as green as he's cabbage looking.....

So the conversation was strictly 'need to know'. Plain facts and no information overload. Afterwards he simply said 'OK' and went on his way. He's obviously been pondering since then (yesterday) and probably googling if I know him.

I was sorting his drink and he said 'are you going to die mum' :o so I said 'well we are all going to die, aren't we'

Then he said 'but do you think you will die before 2018' I said 'I bloomin well hope not'

'Oh that's good' he said 'I think my homework will get harder from next year you know, which GCSEs and stuff and I won't be leaving school until then'  :rotfl::rotfl:

I was just sat there thinking to myself how nice it was to be appreciated  when he came back downstairs and said 'Actually I never thought but do you get homework at college and university? I said 'yes of course you get homework and lots of studying to do too'

He said 'better make that 2022 then'

    :rotfl: :D :happyhear :rotfl:

Oh I do love to hear your sons stories, giggling this morning, glad no one in the house, otherwise I have to explain to them :rotfl::rotfl:

Good morning everyone, sun is shining again.

  • I have actually had to BUY washing powder!

In fairness I do have a couple of bottles of washing liquid left, think we got them free a while back, but I use those for hand washing rather than in the machine.

Oh, and I bought loo roll from Lidl a few days ago

Thats reminded me of something I watched in tv over the weekend...come dine with me had a lady on there with a house decorated in only black and white....and she had black loo roll...so googling it I found you can indeed buy it from amazon at around £6 for a pack of 6

Whatever obsessions I have...and Yep there may be a few £1 a roll for loo roll is not one of them....although each to their own.

I was just amazed that you could buy it in black!

  • Morning All,

Thanks Helans for catfood managed to pick a couple of boxes up. My parents have the hungriest cats in the world, one of which has decided it's a human - by this I mean we found him eating a cream bun on the kitchen counter this week. So the catfood will make a huge difference.

I've a lot of catching up to do today so fingers crossed for no good glitches for me.

Hope everyone has a great day :D

Do we need to go through QC 5 separate times per account or can we just click through once and then do 5 "Beat my Price" requests?

I clicked through from Q once and did 5 requests on beat my price (all links from amazon) and all tracked (on chrome if that makes any difference).

It was about 23.55 last night when I saw people 's posts about it so it was a rush job!
